Billing questions

What happens if we run out of storage?: Nothing is deleted. New uploads pause until storage is added or older workspaces are archived.
Do guests count as members?: No. Guests with folder-level access are included at no charge on every plan.
Can we switch plans later?: Yes, at any time. Changes apply from the next billing period.
