Workspaces

A workspace holds one project: its folders, its members and its history. Members can belong to many workspaces, and each workspace has its own roles, so a lead engineer on one project can be a read-only reviewer on another.

Sync

Files are split into blocks. When a file changes, only the changed blocks are sent, which keeps updates to large models and datasets fast. Folders can be pinned for offline use or left online-only and downloaded on demand.

Versions

Every save creates a version. Versions are kept for 90 days on Team and for a year on Business, and any version can be restored in place or downloaded next to the current one for comparison.

Sharing

Invite guests to single folders with an expiry date and read-only or upload rights. Every guest download is recorded in the folder activity, so handovers are easy to confirm.

Team management

Owners manage members, storage and retention from one settings page. Workspaces can be archived when a project closes, keeping files available without counting against active storage.
