Frequently asked

Does everyone need to download the whole workspace?: No. Folders can be kept online-only and fetched when opened, so a laptop with a small disk can still browse a multi-terabyte workspace.
How are external partners handled?: Guests get access to specific folders only, with an expiry date. They never see the rest of the workspace.
